Funny Girl

Fanny dreams of being a star. She’s not the typical beauty the Ziegfeld Follies want, but what she lacks in glamour, she makes up for in wit, talent and fierce determination.

From humble beginnings in vaudeville to the bright lights of Broadway, her journey is one of grit, humour and heart. Along the way, she falls for the charming gambler Nick Arnstein, but as her fame rises and his fortunes fade, love and ambition collide.

Featuring beloved songs like People and Don’t Rain on My Parade, it’s a story about chasing your dreams, even when you don’t fit the mould.

The role of Fanny Brice is shared across three powerhouse performers - Olivia Sutton, Sarah Hamilton, and Sophie Stokes - each bringing a different chapter of Fanny's life to the stage. The charismatic ladies' man Nick Arnstein is played by Daniel Hamilton, supported by a strong ensemble cast including Carolyn Adams as Fanny's mother Rose, Thomas Sheldon as Eddie Ryan, David Kilsby as Florenz Ziegfeld, Wendy Rayner as Mrs Strakosh, and Nicholas Bishop as Tom Keeney.
